In the attendant part of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Simferopol district, statements from two victims from fraudulent actions were received: a guy and a girl, 20 and 23 years old, lost the money that was transferred to a friend of the driver’s licenses.
As it turned out, a 19-year-old local resident passed out for a law enforcement officer and assured that she could provide a service in receipt of documents for a certain reward. Last fall, the False Worker discussed all the conditions with the guy, having written off with him on social networks. The solution to the issue estimated at 65 thousand rubles and said to wait three months. The second victim of the attacker was her acquaintance. The girl graduated from a driving school, but could not pass the driving exam. A friend promised to help through her “colleagues” to receive a certificate. It was necessary to pay 75 thousand rubles for the service. The young man transferred funds with the help of the Internet bank, and the girl gave cash for future rights. The victims of their naivety were sure that it was possible to receive driver’s licenses unofficially and without passing obligatory exams,-voiced the details of the incident in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea.
During the operational-search measures, employees of the Department of Economic Security and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol district on suspicion of fraudulent actions detained a 19-year-old local resident. The attacker managed to spend 140 thousand rubles received by criminal means.
The investigative department opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code. The maximum punishment that can threaten the detainee is imprisonment for up to five years.
Currently, she has been chosen a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
