In Crimea — the action «Living memory of grateful generations»

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Mikhail Nazarov took part in the action «Living memory of grateful generations.» As part of the event, the Deputy Prime Minister handed over Soviet coins from the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov. The action was also attended by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina and participants in the movement of the first.
Mikhail Nazarov noted that it is a great honor for him to participate in such an important event aimed at perpetuating the memory of the defenders of our homeland.
Crimeans actively participate in the action. We and the head of the Republic of Crimea — Sergey Aksyonov took part, whose order I did with great pleasure today, his personal contribution was made— said Mikhail Nazarov.
“Living memory of grateful generations” is a joint action of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Its organizers were performed, the Aleksey Talai Foundation, the United Fatherland Foundation. Victory Museum and Association of Historical and Military Historical Museums. Within the framework of the action, Soviet coins are collected, from which the alloy will be created in Moscow, Minsk and Brest Monuments dedicated to the feat of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
The first monument was established in 2022 (year of historical memory) in Minsk in the Victory Park for the Day of the Liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders. For this, more than 130 thousand coins were collected from more than 100 thousand families of Belarus and Russia. The second monument was erected on the territory of the Brest Fortress near the Youth Patriotic Center under construction in 2024 in honor of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders. This year, by May 9, it is planned to install a monument on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.
