In Crimea, the All -Russian Fair of Employment “Work of Russia. Time of possibilities «

The All -Russian Fair of Employment is an active work site for applicants and employers who operate in the most popular and priority sectors of the economy on the peninsula. The main goal of the fair is not only an operational solution to the issue of personnel deficit, a quick selection of work, but also assistance in planning a career. On the sites of the fair, along with vacancies, all the current capabilities of the modern employment service will be presented.

In total, 65 sites will function in the Crimea within the regional stage of the fair. 21 of them will be deployed in territorial departments of employment centers in cities and areas of the peninsula, 2 more at the Crimean Federal University. V.I. Vernadsky and Financial and Economic College. For students, 24 vocational schools will be organized in the framework of the fair, which will help to plunge as fully as possible into the profession in demand in the labor market. At 17 leading enterprises of the peninsula experiencing a personnel deficit, prostructures for unemployed citizens will be held.

Also in the Crimean capital as part of the festival of professions, which since 2025 is a central career guidance of the All -Russian employment fair, a grand final will end with a republican contest of the campaign “to make a choice: work for the benefit of your beloved Crimea”. Teams from among students of educational institutions of the republic are measured in the presentation of specialties and professions that are most popular in the region.
