In Crimea, the amount of contribution for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings will change

In accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated October 7, 2024 No. 578, the minimum monthly contribution for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea in 2025 will be 10 rubles. for 1 sq. m of total area of ​​residential (non-residential) premises belonging to the owner of such premises.

We remind you that the main source of financing for work and services for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings is the capital repair fund, which is formed from monthly contributions paid by the owners.
