The LEPOTA ceramics festival is organized by the eponymous school of pottery under the guidance of Honored Craftsman of the Republic of Crimea Pavel Ermolenko with the assistance of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «House of Friendship of Peoples» and grant support Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
In 2023, the festival will be held on the territory of the Eco-complex «Burulcha» in the Belogorsky district — one of the places where natural Crimean clay occurs. Date: September 9, 2023. Event start: 11:00— reported in the organizing committee.
In a programme:
- competition «battle of ceramists» (the main prize of the festival is a professional POTTER’S WHEEL);
- clay modeling workshops for children and adults;
- a large crafts fair;
- folk games and fun;
- clay modeling competitions for children;
- concert program with the participation of folklore groups and performers;
- presentations and screenings;
- raffle prizes.
