CrimeaPRESS reports:

On average, in the region you can rent an apartment for 3,200 rubles per day, and rent a country house for 4,800 rubles per night.

The short-term housing rental market is becoming increasingly attractive: in September, the choice of apartments for daily rental increased by 37% compared to the same period last year, and suburban properties — by 68%. At the same time, against the backdrop of the end of the summer season, the cost of daily apartment rentals decreased by an average of 12% compared to August. Avito Travel analysts came to this conclusion after studying the dynamics of housing bookings in September 2024 and 2023.

In the segment of daily apartment rentals The volume of offers on the platform over the year on average in Russia increased by 37%. Compared to September 2023, positive dynamics are observed in all regions of the study. The most noticeable increase in the choice of objects was in the Primorsky Territory (+65%), Rostov (+59%), Nizhny Novgorod (+58%) and Sverdlovsk regions (+51%).

We see that the short-term rental market continues to grow at an active pace, because this business is one of the easiest to enter. This niche does not require a large amount of start-up investment and licensing, while the demand for such housing is growing steadily, — explains the head of the Avito Travel department Artyom Kromochkin.

As in September 2023, Russians most often booked daily apartments for 2 nights. For the longest period (4 nights each), travelers in the Kaliningrad region, Crimea, Krasnodar and Primorsky territories, as well as Dagestan and Stavropol Territory (3 nights each) rented such housing.

The most affordable prices were recorded in Bryansk (2,100 rubles per night), Kirov (2,400 rubles), Smolensk, Saratov and Omsk regions (2,400 rubles in each). Travelers in the Primorsky (5,300 rubles) and Krasnodar territories (3,900 rubles), and the Kaliningrad and Nizhny Novgorod regions (3,700 rubles each) had to pay the most per day in September.
