In Crimea, the deadline for submitting applications for the provision of a land plot by garage cooperatives has been extended
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, the deadline for submission by garage cooperatives of an application for the provision of a land plot or for preliminary approval of the provision of a land plot has been extended until March 1, 2024. This was announced by the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich at a regular meeting of the relevant Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea chaired by Evgenia Dobryn. The corresponding law was supported during a poll of deputies of the State Council of Crimea in absentia voting.
According to the minister, the need to extend this period is due to the fact that the activities for registration of rights to land plots by garage cooperatives, within the boundaries of which garages are located, erected before the entry into force of the Federal Constitutional Law, have not yet been fully completed for a number of specific reasons, including the need to adjust the boundaries of the land, as well as the difficulty in performing cadastral work.
Thus, the law will make it possible to complete the activities for registration by garage cooperatives of the rights to land plots owned by the Republic of Crimea or municipal property, within the boundaries of which garages are located, erected before the entry into force of the Federal Constitutional Law— says Larisa Kulinich.
In addition, the deputies also supported the law “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Crimea “On the Procedure for Writing Off Property of the Republic of Crimea”, which defines a simplified procedure for writing off movable property that has fallen into an unusable state, as well as due to its loss, destruction or destruction during a special military operations.
