In Crimea, the disbursement of federal budget funds for 5 months of 2023 amounted to 43%

The Republic of Crimea participates in the implementation of 12 national and 46 regional projects. The regional project office analyzed the information provided and prepared presentations in the context of national and regional projects for 5 months of 2023.

National projects are a reflection of the key tasks and guidelines of the country. Their task is to ensure high living standards, equal opportunities for every person and throughout the country.

According to the results of the analysis, the Republic of Crimea was included in the rating of leaders and consistently holds the 1st place among the subjects of the Southern Federal District in terms of cash development of national projects. For 5 months of the current year, the budget execution amounted to 7,521.6 million rubles. or 43.0% of cash allocations out of RUB 17.48 billion allocated for the implementation of national projects in 2023. This percentage of the development of federal funds is 5% more than was presented in 2022 for the same period. The average percentage of cash development in the Russian Federation is 31.1%.

To date, the republic has achieved 76 out of 142 targets, as well as 50 out of 132 results.

The largest cash utilization under the Labor Productivity project, within which 100% of the allocated funds (10.2 million rubles) have already been used. A high share of development was also noted in the national projects “Healthcare” (69.3%), “Safe quality roads” (63.5%) and “Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives” (56.7%). The lowest rates of disbursement of funds allocated by the budget were recorded in the national project «Education», «Ecology», «Tourism and hospitality industry».

Within the framework of the Demography national project, for the current period of 2023, sports equipment and inventory were purchased for 12 sports schools (including schools of the Olympic reserve), a measure of social support is provided monthly in connection with the birth of a third or subsequent children until the child reaches the age of 3 years . The recipients of this monthly cash payment are 7,993 families.

According to the national project «Education», a multifunctional device was delivered to 41 educational organizations of the republic. Equipped with sports equipment and equipment for an open planar sports facility in 4 educational institutions of the Crimea.

109 units delivered. medical equipment under the regional project «Fight against cardiovascular diseases» and 4 units. equipment under the regional project «Modernization of primary healthcare in the Russian Federation» within the framework of the national project «Health».

Thanks to the national project «Culture» in the city of Simferopol and Armyansk, technical equipment of cultural institutions was carried out. A virtual concert hall was also opened in the city of Kerch.

From the housing stock unsuitable for habitation under the national project «Housing and Urban Environment», 64 people were settled in 28 residential premises with a total area of ​​1,431.6 sq.m.
