In Crimea, the first samples of the wheat of the crop of 2025 were examined
Krympress reports:
The quality of the Crimean wheat demonstrates good indicators according to the results of research conducted as part of the state monitoring of grain.
In the laboratory of the Azov-Black Sea branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsOK APK”, the first 3.2 thousand tons of wheat of the new harvest were investigated-on June 24, five samples were selected in the farms of the Krasnoperekopsky and Dzhankoy districts of the republic, the test results showed that four of them correspond to the 3rd class, one sample is classified as grade 5.
The nature of wheat was over 800 g/l, which indicates its high density and ability to accumulate nutrients. In addition, the Crimean grain from the first test of the 2025 crop is distinguished by a high gluten content-within 29-32%, such wheat is used to produce flour without an improver or filler and will be in demand for processing for food purposes— noted in the branch.
Recall that the expected volume of wheat crop this year in the Republic of Crimea is more than 900 thousand tons of the Azovo-Black Sea branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Tsok APK”, which carries out state monitoring of grain in the region, it is planned to select more than 1.2 thousand samples and conduct more than 23.8 thousand studies that will determine the consumer properties of a new harvest.
