In Crimea, the higher the salary, the fewer conflicts at work

In a service survey SuperJob Employed economically active citizens from Crimea took part.
41% of workers have experience of work conflicts: 27% named colleagues as the initiator of the latest quarrel, 10% — other participants in the work process, and only 4% — themselves. Conflicts with management occurred among 46% of working citizens: 35% of workers blamed their bosses for this, 8% blamed other people. 3% admitted that they themselves initiated the last quarrel. Among representatives of the management team, 33% of respondents spoke about quarrels: 20% of managers blame subordinates for conflicts, 8% called themselves the initiator, another 5% blamed other participants in the work process,” noted the service’s press service.
45% of Crimeans do not have conflicts with colleagues, 49% of respondents do not have conflicts with management. Among managers, 57% of respondents do not have conflicts.
Men have conflicts at work more often than women and more often do not hesitate to admit that they are the initiators of quarrels with colleagues and management. City dwellers who earn more have less conflict in their work.
