In Crimea, the implementation of the project for the development of inclusive tourism in the Republic of Crimea has started
Krympress reports:
At the moment, the work has already begun, a working group is being created for the implementation of the project for the development of inclusive tourism in the Republic of Crimea. In the “Crimean rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities”, teachers have developed inclusive excursions, eight such excursions have already passed in test mode. Agreements with the Crimean objects of the show have been reached, which involve charity conducting inclusive excursions for children with disabilities or mental developmental disabilities.
Since the city of Yevpatoria is a year -round children’s health resort and the city tourmarchs “Small Jerusalem” meets the requirements of an accessible environment for such excursions, it was decided to make the city an experimental site for testing excursions, as well as for the further development of tourism infrastructure, in order to create worthy comfortable conditions for children and adolescents with disabilities with the cultural and historical heritage of the Republic of Crimea.
As the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Gansiy noted, the ministry sets himself the task of creating a comprehensive program for the development of inclusive tourism in the republic.
Tourism is a unique key to the socialization of people with disabilities, for special children and their mothers. Due to the possibility of travel, dating and new knowledge, they receive incentives for further development and communication. Crimea was created for year -round rest and healing of our citizens, not excluding the low -mobility of the population, which not only should be noticed, but also create comfortable and worthy travel conditions for them. Today, the ninth dough inclusive tour for children with disabilities and for their parents accompanying them along one of the best city routes of our country — “Small Jerusalem” in Yevpatoria took place. The city as a children’s resort health resort is adapted for people with disabilities, but you need to improve the affordable environment constantly. Further in our plans: the work of the created interdepartmental group, which includes representatives of tour operators, public organizations, specialized institutions, ministries and departments. Together with the Support of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea, an agreement has been reached on the next stage of the “school of guides” aimed at training guides-experiment with knowledge of inclusive routes, and the creation of methodological recommendations for working with low-mobility guests, as well as a guide to affordable places of the show. I am sure that the recommendations for the development of affordable tourist infrastructure are useful to resort cities and objects— said the minister.
New tourist products adapted to the needs of low -mobility will be an important addition to the development of inclusive tourism on the peninsula.
