The head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, ordered to initiate criminal cases in connection with the improper condition of apartment buildings in Sevastopol and Kerch
During monitoring of the media and Telegram channels, information was revealed about inappropriate living conditions for residents of apartment buildings in Sevastopol and Kerch.
Residents of a Sevastopol five-story building on Simonok Street, as well as apartment buildings on Zhenya Dudnik and Komarova Streets in Kerch, report many years of communal problems. As a result of the lack of measures on the part of authorized services and the management company, there is damage to the walls of buildings, roof leaks, and flooding in the premises.— reported in Sledkom.
Vladimir Terentyev instructed to initiate criminal cases on facts of negligence, within the framework of which to establish the circle of persons responsible for the repair and maintenance of apartment buildings, assessing their activities, and also, together with the authorities, develop and adopt a set of measures aimed at restoring the violated rights of citizens.
