In Crimea, the launch of ten new investment projects worth over 27 billion rubles was agreed upon

Members of the Council for Improving the Investment Climate in the Republic of Crimea agreed on the launch of 10 new investment projects in the areas of recreation, construction and infrastructure development of the peninsula totaling over 27 billion rubles. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
The investor plans to implement the largest project in the town of Novofedorovka. It will be a modern recreational complex with apartments, a medical and health complex, a restaurant, its own public gardens and landscaped territory. It is expected that investments in it will exceed 15 billion rubles. Also, as a result of the implementation of the investment project, about 100 new jobs will be created in the republic,” the press service quotes Irina Kiviko.
As the Deputy Prime Minister clarified, another investment project worth 6 billion rubles is planned for implementation in Dzhankoy. In the north of the peninsula there will be a new residential complex with an area of 70 thousand square meters and a school that can accommodate up to 400 students.
In addition, it is planned to launch an investment project to create a road service complex on the Simferopol-Nikolaevka highway. The volume of investment in a new gas station with a cafe and a store will amount to about 70 million rubles.
Investment projects will be supported by the Regional Development Agency — JSC Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea.
