CrimeaPRESS reports:
Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina solemnly opened the updated exhibition of the Museum of the History of the 943 Sea Missile-Carrying Red Banner Air Regiment of the Black Sea Fleet Air Force in the village. Oktyabrskoye, Krasnogvardeysky district.
As the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea notes, the technical equipment of the museum was carried out within the framework of the regional project “Cultural Environment” of the national project “Culture”. 10.1 million rubles were allocated and spent for these purposes.
After completing the renovation work on the museum building, taking into account its target audience — children and youth, it was especially important to provide the exhibition space with modern interactive equipment and display facilities.
As part of the subsidy, the museum’s halls are equipped with display cases, multimedia projectors, anatomical mannequins, interactive information desks, as well as interactive visualization — the book “History of the Regiment” and much more.
The implementation of the concept of an interactive military-historical museum based on the unique collection of the Museum of History of the 943 naval missile-carrying Red Banner Air Regiment of Constance and a modern material and technical base using modern technologies made it possible to create a museum institution that has no analogues in Crimea,” noted the Ministry of Culture of Crimea.
The Museum of the History of the 943 Sea Missile-Carrying Red Banner Air Regiment of the Black Sea Fleet Air Force is the only regimental museum in Crimea, the collection of which includes rare exhibits reflecting the 60-year military path of this military unit.
Visiting this museum is free.
