In Crimea, the neo -Nazi tried to set fire to the mosque

The 18-year-old resident of the Republic of Crimea was detained, involved in the attack and infliction of bodily harm to citizens, damage to their property, arson and applying extremist symbols. At the place of his residence, a bottle of incendiary mixture, knives, pepper cans, aerosol paint of green color for applying swastika, as well as communications tools were found and seized. During the inspection of his phone, it was established that it administers the telegram account and the Telegram channel of anti-Russian and neo-Nazi orientation— the message says.
In addition, according to the Office, the detainee maintained contact with the leader of the terrorist organization from Ukraine, who gave him the task of setting fire to the mosque for $ 1 thousand.
The detention was the result of the work of employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic and employees of the regional department of the FSB. They found out that the detainee participated in “direct action shares”, and also transferred to the locals through the caches of the Molotov cocktail and other objects for committing crimes for monetary reward, which was paid by cryptocurrency transferred by curators from the SBU.
As reported in the Main Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, a criminal case has been instituted under Art. 30 h. 1 tbsp. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation for an attack). Investigators also establish the involvement of the young man in other crimes.
