In Crimea, the potential of AI in solving work problems is most evaluated by the operators of the number of centers, marketer and PR managers

Above the potential of neural networks is evaluated by contact centers, marketers and PR managers. In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
The number of residents of Crimea, completely excluding the possibility of performing working tasks with artificial intelligence, is 20%. Every six today believes that modern AI is able to take up up to 10% of its professional duties, every fifth — from 10% to 25% of duties. Another 18% are sure that AI can be entrusted from a quarter to half of their tasks. 13% believe that computer algorithms can cope with most of their responsibilities. On average, the participants in the survey assessed the potential of AI regarding the performance of their official duties by 32%.
According to the study, men trust new technologies more. Judging by the answers of representatives of the stronger sex, on average, a third of their duties can fulfill AI, while among women this indicator below is 30%.
Workers over 45 years old demonstrate the greatest skepticism with respect to replacing their work with algorithms: every fourth representative (25%) is sure that AI is not able to fulfill his professional duties. Young employees up to 35 years of age are much more loyal to technology — the share of skeptics among them is 2 times less than among the older generation.
Among the representatives of the common professional groups, the capabilities of the AI are evaluated by the Operators of the Cert Centers in relation to their activities (according to their average estimates, the neural network could be performed by more than half of their work duties), however, every third specialist in contact centers actively resists new technologies: “The human emotional response is important to customers, which II cannot yet provide.” Marketers consider it possible to convey to algorithms an average of 39% of their working functions, PR managers — 35%.
Already every second resident of Crimea uses neuralates and managed to make his opinion about them. The opinion of programmers about the abilities of modern AI is currently 30%. “The capabilities of AI are greatly exaggerated. It is still to teach and teach him, ”the IT specialists comment.
