In Crimea, the repair of a section of the intermunicipal road Simferopol–Shafranoye is being completed

The workers completed a set of repair and restoration work: milling, installing curb stones, laying a leveling layer and asphalt concrete pavement. Work on installing road signs and markings has also been completed.

The implementation of the national project “Safe Quality Roads” is of utmost importance for residents of rural settlements. Thanks to comfortable and safe roads, repaired as part of the national project, village residents can get to large cities to work, take their children to schools and sections. Access to health and cultural institutions is also important. This year, more than 20 roads leading to rural settlements will be repaired in the Republic of Crimea.

The main goal of the national project “Safe Quality Roads” is to increase the share of roads of regional and intermunicipal importance that meet regulatory requirements, and to create a modern, comfortable and reliable transport infrastructure. Special attention is paid to bringing artificial structures (bridges and bridge structures) to standard condition, as well as the reconstruction of emergency and pre-emergency bridges.

The national project “Safe Quality Roads” in the Republic of Crimea has been implemented since 2019. This year, work will take place at 53 sites, including 28 roads with a length of more than 200 km and 25 bridges and bridge structures with a length of 1092.76 linear meters. The customer for all objects is the State Public Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Road Service of the Republic of Crimea”.
