In Crimea, the results of an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the provision of services by medical organizations were summed up

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Public Council for NOC, Alexander Petrov, said that based on the results of an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the provision of services in 2024, the Black Sea Central Regional Hospital was recognized as the best medical organization. The assessment was carried out by Crimeans according to five criteria: openness and accessibility of information about the organization, comfort of the conditions for the provision of services, accessibility of services for the disabled, friendliness and politeness of employees, satisfaction with the conditions for the provision of services. Also during the meeting, participants discussed issues related to the implementation of the “Accessible Environment” program. Thus, in 2025, funding in the amount of 35.5 million rubles is provided for nine medical organizations in Crimea to carry out measures to adapt the institutions. In particular, it is planned to purchase transport for the Specialized Spinal Sanatorium named after Academician N.N. Burdenko— reported the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
As noted by the Chairman of the Public Council for NOC, Alexander Petrov, members of the council will continue to monitor compliance with accessible environment conditions in healthcare institutions in Crimea.
