In Crimea, the results of the competition “From St. Nicholas to the Baptism of the Lord!” have been summed up!
The results of the competition “From St. Nicholas to the Baptism of the Lord!” took place at the Crimean Ethnographic Museum.
A competition of children’s drawings and Christmas tree decorations among students of general education and Sunday schools, Orthodox gymnasiums and lyceums, art schools and studios, pupils of preschool and other children’s institutions of Crimea was held with the blessing of the Head of the Crimean Metropolis, Metropolitan Tikhon of Simferopol and Crimea.
On December 19, the museum opened an exhibition of works by participants in the creative project, organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea and the result of cooperation between the Simferopol and Crimean diocese and the Crimean Ethnographic Museum.
Representatives of various cities and regions of the peninsula took part in the exhibition, and about 900 works were presented to the attention of visitors, including both individual and collective creativity. During the exhibition, visitors took part in voting, which began on the opening day. In addition to the professional commission, children’s works were traditionally evaluated by their peers-spectators– reports the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.
Based on the voting results, the winners were determined in four categories: “Audience Award”, “Best Drawing”, “Best New Year Tree”, “Best Craft”. The winners in the stated categories were awarded diplomas.
A bright highlight of the event was the performance of students from Kolchuginskaya school No. 1 named after. G.N. Avramov, Simferopol district children’s art school, Center for children and youth creativity, Sunday school at the Church of the Nativity of Christ. Kolchugino.
