As part of the national project “Culture” for 2023, funding for regional projects in Crimea was provided in the amount of 186.1 million rubles, of which 186.05 million rubles were disbursed. or 99.9%.
A major overhaul of 5 cultural institutions was completed: the overhaul of the district house of culture «Horizon» in the Leninsky district, the Pobednenskaya children’s art school in the Dzhankoy district, the Children’s choreographic school in Simferopol, the Crimean State Theater for Young Spectators in the city of Evpatoria and the reconstruction of the regional local history museum in the Krasnogvardeisky district.
Two municipal libraries were re-equipped according to the model standard. The family reading library of the Evpatoria centralized library system in the village received modern equipment. Mirny and Rusakovskaya library-branch No. 14 of the Belogorsk centralized library system.
5 municipal museums received modern technical equipment: the History and Local Lore Museum of the city of Armyansk, the Simferopol Art Museum, the Feodosia Museum of Antiquities, the Feodosia Art Gallery named after. I.K. Aivazovsky and the Regional Museum of Local Lore of the Krasnogvardeysky District.
2 regional theaters of the capital of Crimea were equipped with new equipment: Crimean Academic Russian Drama Theater named after. M. Gorky and the State Academic Musical Theater.
In 2023, on the basis of the Alushta Literary and Memorial Museum of S.N. Sergeev-Tsensky and in the East Crimean Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve of the city of Kerch, the opening of virtual concert halls for broadcasting iconic cultural events took place. The halls are equipped with a video broadcasting complex, the necessary components of sound, light and related multimedia equipment for receiving video signals.
The new equipment will allow you to connect to portals that broadcast concerts, giving you the opportunity to experience the performances of famous musicians. Volunteering in the cultural sector has become a popular area. 1,366 people joined the “Culture Volunteers” movement. Volunteers help cultural institutions free of charge and participate in regular events at cultural heritage sites. It is important to implement creative and sociocultural volunteer projects, as well as organize volunteer programs for major cultural events.
Also, within the framework of the national project “Culture”, throughout 2023, material state support was provided to the 15 best rural cultural institutions in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, and for the Day of Cultural Worker, the 17 best employees of rural cultural institutions were provided with monetary incentives in the amount of 50 thousand rubles .
