In Crimea, there are measures of property support by the state of small and medium -sized enterprises

Anna Anyukhina, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, recalled the measures of property support by the state of small and medium -sized enterprises.

The state is aimed at developing and supporting business, special attention is paid to its small and average subjects. So, for entrepreneurs who fall under these categories, real estate objects at preferential rates are available for rent, -added Deputy Prime Minister.

So, to facilitate the financial burden on entrepreneurs, a gradual increase in rent for property owned by state property is provided. In the first year, the tenant pays 40 % of the amount of rent; In the second year of rent, its cost increases to 60%. In the third year, the tenant will pay 80 % of the amount of rent and only by 4 years it will be necessary to pay the entire lease.

These conditions for the provision of real estate are established Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated 09.25.2014 No. 344 “On the procedure for leasing property in state property of the Republic of Crimea«.

At the moment, objects in Simferopol, Kirovsky, Belogorsky district, as well as in the capital of Crimea are available for lease.— explained Anna Anyukhina.
