In Crimea, they are most often ready to offer remote work to programmers and recruiters
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Today, 33% of enterprises and organizations have remote employees, and in 2 out of 3 such companies, remote personnel have less than 10% of the staff. This summer, programmers, designers, accountants, recruiters and sales specialists most often work remotely. What format of work employers most often offer to applicants for these positions — found out the service for finding a highly paid job SuperJob, interviewing company representatives and studying more than 135,000 vacancies.
Today, the priority is the selection for work in the office. This is especially true for accountants: 9 out of 10 companies, other things being equal, will prefer a candidate who is ready to work permanently on the territory of the employer. Judging by the comments, a serious obstacle for out-of-office work formats is setting up access to work programs, cybersecurity issues and signing documents (including through digital signature). Most employers also prefer to hire programmers in the office (75%), but the share of companies that are ready to employ in a hybrid format and remotely is still higher (17 and 5%, respectively). Candidates for the positions of a recruiter and a sales manager who agree only to the «hybrid» will be accepted by 14% of employers. 8% of companies prefer recruiters who are ready to work only in home office mode— noted in the press service of the service.
Labor market statistics confirm the results of the survey: accountants, sales managers and designers are most often hired in offices, and employers are ready to offer full and partial remote work to programmers and recruiters. So, 93% of vacancies for accountants, 89% of vacancies for sales specialists and 83% of vacancies for designers involve only office employment. Remote or hybrid — 26% of vacancies for programmers and 22% of vacancies for recruiters.
