According to the Head of the Republic of Crimea, some municipalities have not yet gained sufficient pace of work necessary to solve the tasks set. This is the organization of cleaning and landscaping, compliance with the public transport schedule, organization of street lighting, as well as securing the adjacent territories of apartment buildings for managing organizations.
The results achieved thanks to the spring subbotniks, the work of our citizens, volunteers, and authorities must be supported, for which we need to create the necessary tools. This is not a difficult task, but in many cases the work was in vain because the work was not organized properly.— quotes the press service of Sergei Aksyonov.
Sergei Aksenov recalled that the heads of municipal administrations have the right to make the required organizational decisions in relation to the heads of settlements who cannot establish work in their settlements.
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk informed about the results of the inspection of cities and regions of the republic. So, among the most problematic issues: insufficient work with businesses and the public to involve in cleaning, the lack of weekly control, and the process of equipping utilities with the necessary personnel has not been completed.
During the discussion of the issue of providing housing for orphans and persons from among them, Sergei Aksyonov instructed to complete the audit of municipal housing funds.
In a month and a half, it is necessary to view the entire housing stock, which is the property of municipalities, but is not used for its intended purpose. After that, the employees of the anti-corruption committee and the prosecutor’s office will determine how the housing stock is designed and operated. This work will allow us to direct the identified premises to meet the demand of citizens and fulfill the instructions of our President— emphasizes the Head of the Republic.
In addition, the issues of observance by carriers of the schedule of public transport and the maintenance of roads, the implementation of the revenue side of the budgets of municipalities, the legalization of the labor market in the republic, and others were discussed.
The event was attended by vice-premiers and ministers of the Government of the Republic of Crimea, heads of departments and heads of administrations of municipalities, and others.
