The means of outdoor activities and small vessels are prohibited from being in the water area of ​​the beaches where people are bathed. You can manage these boats yourself only from the age of 16. Minors from 7 to 16 years will be able to ride only under the supervision of at least one adult. Children under 7 years of age are prohibited from water on these boats.

It is also forbidden to ride sales, catamarans, kayaking and other boats in a state of intoxication.

In addition, the requirements for rental points are strengthened. First of all, rescue posts that have appropriate equipment — primarily a rescue boat, must be deployed on them.

Entrepreneurs should also provide a diving examination and cleaning of the bottom in the water points of the rental points in order to avoid trauma to vacationers. For each rolling boat, the mains of the telephones of the rescue post and rescue services will be applied so that in the case of emergency situations, a person can promptly cause assistance.

The sizes of fines for violators of these rules are still being discussed. According to Zraenko, it is planned that new norms will enter into force on June 1 of this year.

He also noted that last year in Crimea, rescuers came to vacationers more than 200 times to vacationers, who were carried into the sea at various boats. According to him, new norms are designed to significantly reduce these risks.
