Employers of the Republic of Crimea, together with the executive bodies of the republic, as well as primary trade union organizations, work on the formation of the list of employers who can create decent working conditions, including with the level of wages of at least 100 thousand rubles and other measures to support employees to employ the participants of their own— the message says.

In the Republic of Crimea, for each participant in his, who expressed his readiness to receive help in employment and professional retraining, a personal employee is assigned. On the basis of the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in Crimea, the work of employees of the employment service with access to a single digital platform in the field of employment and labor relations “Work of Russia” was organized.

In total, in 2024, 59 participants of Swate turned to the employment service bodies, of which 17 had disability. With the assistance of the employment service, 29 participants were employed at the Fiolent plant and other enterprises, 7 were registered as individual entrepreneurs and payers of professional income tax, 5 more have been held vocational training under the Protector, Boiler room operator, PC user, Internet. Also, at the Center for Professional Rehabilitation of Disabled in Yevpatoria, disabled people are trained in 11 demanded professions in the labor market. Two disabled people from among the participants were trained in the profession “Category“ B ”in specialized cars, two more prepare documents for such training.
