Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create registers of Crimean gastro -specialtes and thematic excursions, develop a gastrogide and organize staff training to acquaint tourists with local cuisine.
A meeting of experts, scientists, representatives of ministries and educational institutions in the direction of Science was held at the Romanov College of the Hospital Industry. Criteria for determining the Crimean specialties were developed, which will then be included in the Unified Register of Crimean Self. These are meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, berries and plants, seafood, wine and non -alcoholic products. Features of preparation technologies, equipment, history and production culture will also be described,-the press service of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea said.
In addition, the tasks of the working group include the formation of a pool of public catering facilities that work with local products, and farms creating specialists.
According to the regional curator of the project, the director of the promising development of the Corporation of the Development of the Republic of Crimea, Elena Yurchenko, already at the end of June, as part of the awarding of the winners of the Republican contest “Crimean souvenir”, the best gastronomic souvenirs of Crimea will be presented, but also presented the first test pool of such objects.
It is worth noting that on the basis of one of the cheese farms in the Simferopol district in the village of Cleannoe the day before, the first territory of CSI 1977 in Crimea opened its doors.
The space will not only unite creative people, but will also become one of the gastric floors of the project “I will drive through Russia”, at which gastrophilia will be held, fairs and exhibitions, creating new opportunities for acquaintance with the culture of the region through its gastronomic heritage.
As the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic, Sergei Hanziy, noted, gastronomic tourism is one of the fastest growing areas of tourism in the country.
In Crimea, not only the quantity is growing, but also the quality of objects of gastronomic tourism. Even large production open their doors for tourists. For schoolchildren and students, this is a part of career guidance, which has already shown its effectiveness. To recognize the culture of the region through the kitchen, local products, endemics and specialties — it was an integral part of travel. Our joint work in the federal project «Passing in Russia» is aimed at systematizing and presenting the entire variety of Crimean products. This will not only preserve the unique gastronomic traditions of the region, but also make them more affordable and attractive to tourists from all over Russia,-quoted the press service of the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Gansiy.
