In Crimea, they intend to extend the business training program for SVO participants

The “OWN BUSINESS” program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund for participants in a special military operation who have already completed their service, and for their family members to help start their own business. This year we had 40 participants, of which 10 have already registered their business.
The participants of the SVO and their family members chose to engage in business in agriculture, construction, tourism, the flower business, the production of art concrete products, and the provision of legal services.
The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea TASS clarified that there will be two streams of the “OWN Business” program in 2025 — in March and October. Training assistance is provided by 10 existing entrepreneurs, employees of relevant ministries and the republic’s entrepreneurship support infrastructure. For program participants, an individual business development map was developed, services were provided for entering marketplaces, product certification, making signboards, promoting on social networks, developing a financial model for a business, and creating a website. Each program participant received a mentor from among existing entrepreneurs.
About the festival
The first festival “My Business. Creative» takes place on November 1-8 in Simferopol with the support of the national project «Small and Medium Enterprises». Entrepreneurs and students of Crimean universities take part in it. The festival will discuss the use of artificial intelligence, digitalization of creative industries, which can be used in tourism, media, fashion and other areas. An art exhibition-fair of creative works by Crimean masters has been organized, fashion shows from Crimean designers are held, experienced trainers speak to entrepreneurs and share their success stories.
