CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea took part in an extended meeting of the board of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea, at which the main goals and objectives of the department for the near future were outlined. As Sergei Aksyonov noted, thanks to the support of President Vladimir Putin, for 10 years Crimea has received an unprecedented amount of money for the development of the transport and road complex.
Next year, the program for repairing republican and municipal roads will continue. First of all, roads within the boundaries of populated areas and at the approaches to them must be brought to standard condition. That is, those areas that people use every day— the Head of Crimea set the task.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov instructed the heads of municipal administrations, together with the heads of local branches of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymavtodor», to conduct an audit of sidewalks, identify areas requiring immediate repair, and carry out the corresponding work.
The Head of the Republic also drew attention to the bus stop pavilions.
In 2025, municipalities plan to replace about 300 pavilions. I would like to draw the attention of the administration management to the fact that the situation must be verified at each stop. Determine where transport awaits the most citizens, children and the elderly first. Study the issue, install different types of objects depending on the number of passengerscalled the Head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov instructed to clean up bus stations everywhere.
Bus terminals and bus stations in Alushta, Kerch, Evpatoria, Simferopol, and other settlements require repair. As in cultural and sports institutions, the requirements here are minimal: a repaired roof, a closed thermal circuit, neat waiting areas and toilets. The main thing is to create comfortable conditions for passengers and for employees to work.said the Head of the Republic.
In turn, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea — Head of the Department of Economics and Finance Lyudmila Oleynik said that this year a major overhaul of bus stations is being carried out in Feodosia and Bakhchisarai. In addition, Lyudmila Oleynik informed that a major overhaul of the access road and site to the Jur-Jur waterfall is planned for next year. Specialists from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea have already visited the site and carried out the required calculations. A contract worth about 60 million rubles will also be concluded to repair a road in the village of Tenisty, Bakhchisarai district, which was damaged by a landslide.
