In Crimea they propose to give 1 million rubles to young student families at the birth of their first child

As Sergei Aksyonov emphasized, today the authorities are faced with many tasks to achieve all the goals of Russian national projects in accordance with the instructions of President Vladimir Putin. Most of them concern the preservation of the population, family support, rehabilitation of the disabled, including support for participants in a special military operation and members of their families, increasing well-being and reducing poverty, helping large families, the elderly, further reducing the unemployment rate, youth employment, and demography.

The head of Crimea pointed out how important it is to take further actions to legalize the labor market, primarily in the interests of the citizens themselves.

Work in this direction needs to be strengthened and brought to its logical conclusion. Unfortunately, today a certain part of the employed population still works without official registration. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea must conduct constant explanatory work, using all information formats, explain to people how the labor relations system works, how it relates to taxes, pensions in the futuresaid the Head of the Republic.

This year, the work of about 30 thousand people in Crimea has been legalized by increasing wages and concluding employment contracts. The work is being carried out jointly with municipal administrations. At the same time, the unemployment rate in the republic is decreasing. Today the figure is 2.2% versus 2.4% in Russia, and employers in Crimea offer more than 18 thousand vacancies, primarily in blue-collar jobs.

Sergey Aksenov drew attention to the need to solve this problematic issue manually, including focusing on attracting young personnel.

Analyze the labor market together with employers. Today, young people who get a job for the first time often quit within six months without explanation. We need to understand how to instill patience, perseverance, and awareness in young people. From the very beginning of studying at universities, offer some special programs, talk about job opportunities and prospects, set direction, create attractive working conditions,” the Head of the Republic listed.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov instructed the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea to determine, including using the example of other Russian regions, what additional support measures can be provided to citizens to improve the demographic situation.

I consider it necessary to take care of young student families in which their first child is born. I support the proposal to issue such couples a housing certificate for 1 million rubles. We must simplify the mechanism for obtaining the document as much as possible so that at least five hundred families receive this measure of support every year, – said the Head of Crimea.

According to information fromChairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya, the corresponding bill is already being approved.

The Head of the Republic also instructed to equalize the social support measures established for large families with the social support measures for families with adopted children.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov supported the initiative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea to provide a one-time cash payment of 100 thousand rubles to veterans of the Great Patriotic War in connection with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in 2025.

The meeting participants discussed issues of preserving the population and improving health, improving well-being, the work of employment centers, expanding the range of social support measures, and paid special attention to the need to resolve problematic issues regarding the provision of preferential travel on public transport, etc.
