Opening the event, Sergei Aksyonov recalled that on behalf of President Vladimir Putin in Russia, the implementation of the new national project “personnel” began, which is designed to create mechanisms to resolve issues of personnel need.
The labor market in the Republic of Crimea, as throughout the country, experiences certain tension. Today in the republic the number of stated vacancies exceeds the number of applicants three times. The main personnel problems in the budget sphere are observed in health and education systems, as well as in the housing and communal services industry-there are not enough representatives of simple working professions. The situation can be fixed first of all by the employers themselves. It is very important to devote time to forecasting, plan and manage the need for personnel, including through timely publication of the correct information about existing vacancies,-quotes the press service of the head of Crimea.
Sergey Aksyonov paid special attention to the creation of a data database in the Republic. “Today in Crimea, the full base of vacancies is simply absent. We have two months to correct this situation. Although, I believe that it is possible to streamline the necessary information faster, since both state institutions and private business are well aware of their needs. I am sure that each entrepreneur understands the type of his potential employee, what qualities and competencies he must have. It is necessary to update all the available data, make it more specific so that in the process of searching for work there is a sufficient amount of information about where he can apply his education and skills, ”the head of the republic gave instruction.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov said that joint meetings are planned to be held once a month to summarize the current results. The execution of the events of the new national project is under personal control of the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.
Further, the participants in the event discussed the details of the All -Russian survey of employers to form a forecast for the needs of the economy in personnel for 2026–2032 and the formation of the employer data bank in order to employ the participants of the special military operation, as well as the issues of establishing the permissible share of foreign workers for certain types of economic activity in Crimea for 2026.
The event was attended by the chairman of the Union of Trade Unions of the “Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Crimea” Nadezhda Kradenova, chairman of the association of employers of the Republic of Crimea, General Director of the Firectory “Plant“ Plant “Plant” Alexander Batalin, representatives of ministries and departments, budget and commercial institutions and organizations.
REFERENCE. The purpose of the national project “Personnel” is to prepare personnel with qualitatively and promptly for the needs of employers, based on the coordinated work of educational institutions, companies and the state. The project of comprehensive modernization will allow by 2029 to update the entire network of employment service in the country — new personnel centers of Russia work will be opened. In them, enterprises will be able to receive targeted support, and applicants will help find work, form a career track, update professional knowledge or get a new demand specialty.
