Every year, the number of electric scooters, gyro -scooters, skateboards and other personal mobility tools is growing rapidly”Said Yuri Gotsanyuk, emphasizing that these vehicles, although they are compact and maneuverability, have become a factor in the increase in road accidents.

In this regard, the question arose about the need to create a specialized infrastructure, which will take into account the features of the movement of personal mobility tools and ensure the safety of both drivers and pedestrians.

When planning and building a road network, it is planned to analyze the capabilities for integrating the elements of the safe movement of mobile means, including allocated stripes, signaling systems and markings— added the chairman of the Government of Crimea.

It is important to note that the implementation of these initiatives will not only reduce the level of accident rate, but also create comfortable conditions for all road users.
