In Crimea they want to form a single gastronomic tourist product

Of course, Crimea is rich in gastronomic sentences, there are interesting points of food, locations, farms, but there is no single picture, a single tourist product that can be beautifully presented to the Russian regions. Our goal is to form a single gastronomic tourist product of the region — it is necessary to outline tourmarchs at the points of attraction, create a visual and marketing concept. All this will eventually affect the economy of the region and an individual entrepreneur, since gastrotourism is very popular among guests— said the minister.

So, at the seminar, the Crimean branch of the federal project “I will pass through Russia” was launched — “I have to have in the Crimea”. Representatives of catering, restaurants, cafes were invited to joint development, testing and introducing the Crimean menu and adapting to the format of the institution, based on the formed register of Crimean local products, their suppliers and manufacturers.

Cafe and restaurants can be among the pilot public catering establishments of the region to work on the formation of the Crimean menu, using their developments, technologies and cultural and historical orientation of the institution.

According to the project coordinator Elena Yurchenko, the main criterion for promoting gastrotourism should be systematicity. With the participation of objects of science and education, a register of Crimean specialties has already been formed, on the basis of which the pilot pool of experienced restaurateurs will create a local menu. In the development of the menu, national flavor and necessarily the history, culture and traditions of Crimea may be taken into account.

The first results of pilot projects will be summed up as part of a gastrophilist in Yalta, at the tourism and outdoor forum, tourist-recreation. Crimea 2025 «. And the developed promotion methodology can be further replicated into all regions of Russia.

About 20 leading restaurateurs of Crimea, which are planned to be involved in the project, took an active part in the seminar.
