The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, said that the authorities in Crimea are faced with the task of helping to legalize the services of pleasure boats. In his opinion, the legalization of maritime transport will ensure the safety of citizens in the provision of services and the receipt of taxes in the budget, since many carriers today operate without the appropriate documents.
If the carrier complies with all safety requirements, regardless of the form of ownership, you need to help him legalize the business. And accordingly, those who work illegally should not be able to continue their activities , — said the Head of Crimea.
According to Aksenov’s instruction, the Republican Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Resorts must prepare a list of all sea carriers for each coastal municipality by March 1 for further work on the legalization of ships.
In addition, the Head of Crimea stressed that it is necessary to terminate contracts with entrepreneurs who commit violations when using beach areas.
