The Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea and the regional Fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» will cooperate in organizing recreation in the Crimea for participants of the NWO. The Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko and the head of the Crimean Fund Vladimir Tregub put their signatures under the document.
Ways of cooperation have also been outlined — this is mutual consultation, the creation and implementation of high-quality integrated tourism products, accompaniment of each participant of the NWO or family members, as well as interaction with charitable foundations, holding charity events, etc.
As Vadim Volchenko noted, the creation of comprehensive programs for the rehabilitation of participants in the NWO and their families for Crimea is very important for Crimean tourism enterprises.
First of all, we are talking about the exchange of information, about building a joint program for the rehabilitation of participants and veterans of the NWO and their families. I must say that Crimean sanatoriums and hotels are already participating in this activity, we intend to put it on stream so that it is a serious state program with constant sources of funding and year-round occupancy. This is very important now for the country and Crimea, we understand this. There are traditions of treatment and rehabilitation in Crimea, and Crimean sanatoriums are ready to receive our heroes all year round.the minister said.
According to Vladimir Tregub, cooperation with the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea will positively influence the solution of issues related to the organization of recreation and health improvement of the fund’s wards.
Recall that the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation was established on April 3, 2023 on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The main goal of the fund is to specifically accompany veterans and families of fallen soldiers and provide them with all the necessary support measures in the “one stop shop” mode.
