Training for restaurateurs “My Business” will be held in Crimea. About restaurants.» The program will be devoted to modern trends in the restaurant business, personnel management, improving the quality of service, and increasing profits through optimization. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of Crimea can take part in the training of the regional Center “My Business” — one person per enterprise (condition — registration on the SME.RF Digital Platform).
Training is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues, learn new techniques and strategies, as well as gain valuable knowledge and tools to improve the quality of service, optimize processes and increase the efficiency of the restaurant.– noted Irina Kiviko.
The event speaker is the creator and ideological inspirer of a coffee project in Moscow, a catering manager of 5 thousand people, a creator of restaurant concepts, and a manager of establishments in the five-star Mriya Resort & SPA complex.
The training will take place:
— February 28-29 in Yalta,
— March 1-2 in Simferopol.
