In Crimea, today people without higher education are more often satisfied with career growth

Last year, city residents who did not have a higher education had better careers. Representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
The average Crimean rated their career development last year as 5.8 points on a scale from 1 to 10. Judging by the answers, women managed to achieve more than they planned or they are more likely to enjoy their successes: their average score is 6.2 points versus 5. 5 points for men. Young people under 24 assess their career success the highest: on average, 6.4 points. For comparison, city residents over 45 years of age have an average score of only 5.5, and among them the majority of those who rated their career dynamics over the year at the minimum score. Satisfaction with career development increases with the income level of respondents: 5.2 points for respondents with a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles versus 6.3 points for those who earn more than 100 thousand rubles per month,” noted the service’s press service.
Respondents with secondary vocational education are more satisfied with their career development than those with a university diploma: on average 6.7 points versus 5.2, respectively. Every fourth respondent with a college diploma rated the dynamics of their career over the year with the maximum score.
