“Romanovsky college of hospitality industry” invites residents of Crimea, to undergo free training in June 2025 in the following areas:
1.Guide. Innovative technologies for organizing excursion work in the tourist space (additional professional education, advanced training, 72 hours).
2. Guide. Assistant of the guide (guide) (vocational training, vocational training, 144 hours).
3. Worker of organizations in the field of tourism. Organization of the provision of utility services in hotels and sanatoriums (additional professional education, advanced training, 144 hours).
4. Worker of organizations in the field of tourism. Administrator of the reception and accommodation service (vocational training, Professional training, 144 hours).
5. Housemaid. Fundamentals of hotel services for maids, castelans, employees of the license plate service (additional professional program, advanced training, 72 hours).
6. Housemaid (Vocational training, Professional training, 144 hours).
Citizens entitled to participate in training activities include the following categories:
a) citizens aged 50 years and older, citizens of pre -retirement age;
b) citizens who are actually caring for a child and who are on parental leave until they reach the age of 3 years;
c) disabled;
d) women who are not in labor relations and have preschool children aged 0 to 7 years inclusive;
e) citizens who contacted the employment service in order to search for work;
f) unemployed citizens registered in the employment service;
g) war veterans who took part (contributing to the performance of tasks) in a special military operation in the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and Ukraine since February 24, 2022, in the territories of the Zaporizhzhya region and the Kherson region since September 30, 2022, dismissed from military service (services, work);
h) persons who, in accordance with the decisions of the public authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Luhansk People’s Republic in hostilities as part of the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the People’s Police of the Lugansk People’s Republic, military units and bodies of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic starting on May 11, 2014;
i) members of the families of persons indicated in the subparagraphs of the “and” and “k” of this paragraph who died (dead) when performing tasks during a special military operation (combat), members of the families of persons indicated in the subparagraphs of the “and” and “k” of this paragraph who died after dismissal from military service (service, work) if the death of such persons occurred (injuries, injuries, injuries) or contusion) or contusion) or contusion) or contusion) or trauma) diseases they received in the performance of tasks during a special military operation (military operations);

- citizens who, from the date of issuing a document on education and (or) qualifications are not employed in accordance with the legislation on employment of the population within 4 months or more;
- citizens under the risk of dismissal (planned to dismiss in connection with the liquidation of the organization or the termination of activities by an individual entrepreneur, reduction of the number or staff of employees of the organization, individual entrepreneur and possible termination of labor contracts);
- Citizens completing the training on educational programs of secondary vocational or higher education in the current calendar year (with the exception of those who have received a grant for training or students under targeted training) who applied to the employment service, for which there is no suitable work in the received profession (specialty).
The federal project “Active Employment Promotions”, which is part of the national project “Personnel”, is aimed at organizing vocational training, additional professional education of certain categories of citizens to acquire or develop existing knowledge, competencies and skills that ensure competitiveness and professional mobility in the labor market.
