In Crimea, young people agree to a polygraph test when applying for a job more often than older people

Polygraph testing is used by 4% of employers to test applicants. In a service survey SuperJob Career start HR managers and economically active citizens took part.
32% of employers called lie detector tests expedient: 4% for all positions, 28% only for certain positions (mainly related to finances and financial responsibility). 4% of employers practice polygraph tests of applicants when hiring: 1% — for all positions, 3% — for certain positions. Among economically active Crimeans, 69% are ready to undergo a lie detector test when seeking employment, 25% are against such entrance tests,” noted the service’s press service.
Those surveyed under 24 years of age were the most loyal to lie detector tests: 71% of them are not against testing.
