In Crimea, young people most need training in compensation packages, the older generation needs voluntary health insurance

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The top 3 components of a dream compensation package are voluntary health insurance, training and meals at the expense of the company. Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part in the survey. The SuperJob service asked respondents to choose the 3 most important components of their compensation packages.

In first place among the wishes of Crimeans is a paid voluntary health insurance policy (34% of respondents). In second place is training at the expense of the employer (33%). In third place is compensation for food (28%).

Additional payments to vacation pay are attracted by 20% of respondents, the presence of official housing or compensation for rental real estate — 19%. Such components of compensation packages as financial assistance were chosen by 16%, the provision of preferential vacation vouchers — 14%, payment for fitness — 13%. 12% are interested in the opportunity to get a few extra days of vacation from the company. 10% would like to get to work by company transport and be able to take out a company mortgage. 9% — receive payment for travel on public transport. Another 9% are interested in an interest-free loan from the company. Such components of compensation packages as payment for mobile communications and the Internet, gifts for holidays, discounts on company services or products, corporate events and assistance from a corporate lawyer, financier, and psychologist received less than 10% of the votes of those surveyed.

Gender differences in preferences: men are more interested in compensation for food and rent, financial assistance and a loan from the company, women are more interested in preferential travel packages and payment for fitness. And although representatives of both sexes prioritize voluntary health insurance and training, among women these components were chosen by a larger number of respondents than among men.

For city residents under 35 years of age, education comes first; for citizens over 35 years of age, a VHI policy comes first. For young people, compensation for rent, fitness, travel on public transport, mobile communications and the Internet are more important. With age, interest in organized meals, discounted vouchers and interest-free loans grows. Respondents 25-34 years old more often than those who are younger and those who are older need financial assistance and a mortgage from the company.

Respondents with a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles per month dream more about programs of financial assistance, payment for travel and compensation for communications. Those who earn over 80 thousand rubles are talking about housing rental compensation, preferential mortgages and interest-free loans.

The differences in the preferences of representatives of different professional groups are interesting. So, for doctors, the first place is the provision of housing by the company. A paid voluntary health insurance policy is primarily for marketers, analysts and chief accountants. Meals at the expense of the employer are very important for storekeepers, security guards and logisticians. Training and fitness — for designers and PR people. Accountants and economists often dream about additional payments to vacation pay.
