In Dzhankoy, at the request of the prosecutor's office, the road was brought into proper condition

Following a complaint from a local resident about improper maintenance of the road on the street. Nesterova in Dzhankoy, which also runs along a preschool educational institution, the prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection. The concerned citizen turned out to be one hundred percent right.

It was established that on this road there are no necessary road signs warning of the danger to both drivers and pedestrians. The interdistrict prosecutor’s office submitted a proposal to the head of the city administration, based on the results of which the violations were not eliminated in full.

In this regard, the prosecutor’s office sent a statement of claim to the court requiring the city administration to eliminate violations in the field of road safety by installing road signs to ensure the safety of road users— reported the supervisory agency.

The prosecutor’s statement of claim was satisfied and executed in full.
