In Dzhankoy, the prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the contract system. As the inspection showed, in violation of the terms of the contract, the contractor did not complete the construction and installation work of the children’s art school in full and on time.

Based on this fact, a decision was made against an individual entrepreneur to initiate a case of an administrative offense, which was sent to the magistrate for considerationreports the press service of the supervisory agency.

The prosecutor’s office took control of the progress of repair work.
