The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reports on the implementation of a comprehensive operational and preventive operation “Illegal-2024” in Crimea.
The operation will take place in two stages: from June 3 to June 9 and from September 30 to October 6 of this year. During this period, police officers and other departments carry out activities aimed at identifying and suppressing channels of illegal migration of citizens from third countries to Russia, as well as suppressing the activities of criminal communities involved in organizing illegal migration, extremist and terrorist activities, illegal trafficking in weapons and drugs— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Particular attention is paid to identifying legal entities and individuals who provide illegal intermediary services to foreign citizens in the migration sphere, as well as those involved in extremist or terrorist activities.
Let us remind you that any citizen can report to the police about violations of migration legislation, about the so-called rubber apartments, hostels and hotels in which illegal migrants live, as well as about enterprises and retail outlets where illegal migrants are located as workers.
