The prosecutor’s office took response measures in connection with the injury of a 4-year-old girl on a playground in Evpatoria.

It was established that on April 15 of the current year, a minor born in 2019 suffered a leg injury when falling from a swing on a playground located near the Frunze Park in Yevpatoriya. As a result of the incident, a child with an injury was hospitalized in a health facility, where he is receiving the necessary medical care.— the prosecutor’s office recalled the circumstances of the incident.

The conclusions of the supervisory authority:

— the specified children’s playground is on the balance sheet of the Department of Urban Affairs of the Administration of Yevpatoriya,

– this particular playground was not included in the register of municipal property,

— proper control over its condition was not carried out and is not being carried out.

In this regard, the prosecutor addressed the head of the administration of Evpatoria with a submission, which was considered, measures were taken to eliminate violations and strengthen control over the proper maintenance of children’s playgrounds in the territory of the municipality.
