In Evpatoria, a former employee of Krymenergo will answer for a bribe and forgery

In Evpatoria, a former employee of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo», accused of taking a bribe and official forgery, will appear before the court. The former engineer of the technical audit of the Evpatoria district of electrical networks is accused of committing crimes under Part 3 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe by an official), part 2 of Art. 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (official forgery).
The defendant, being an official of a resource-supplying organization, received a bribe in the amount of 20,000 rubles for not taking action against one of the enterprises that were allowed to systematically break the seals on the door of the electricity metering board. He also repeatedly entered unreliable information into the acts of inspections on the commissioning of a settlement meter for electric energy, without indicating information about the non-compliance of the measuring complex with the requirements of regulatory enactments, as well as into the acts of inspection on unaccounted consumptionthe prosecutor’s office said.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Evpatoria City Court for consideration on the merits.
