In Yevpatoria, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to administrative responsibility a driver who committed gross traffic violations.
On the social network, users complained about the driver who grossly violated the Traffic Rules. The driver of a Fiat car, in violation of the Traffic Rules, drove through a prohibitory traffic light signal, thereby violating clause 6.33 of the Russian Federation Traffic Regulations. Through the activities carried out by the State Traffic Inspectorate, the identity of the offender was established. The Fiat was driven by a local resident, born in 1982.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Administrative material has been drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Art. 12.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving at a prohibiting traffic light signal or a prohibiting gesture of a traffic controller). The sanction of the article provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of one thousand rubles.
