According to the decree of the administration of the city of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea dated .11.2022G. No. 551-p «On approval of the procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of the municipality of the city district of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea for financial support to public organizations of veterans and (or) disabled people» :
- Deadline for selection: from 11..2023G. from 9. h. on 03.03.2023G. before 16.00 hour.

The result of granting a subsidy is a quantitative indicator of the activities specified in clause 1.3. of this procedure, carried out by a public organization of veterans and (or) disabled people who received financial support at the expense of the budgetary funds of the municipality of the city district of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea.
The selection is carried out on the website in the information and telecommunication network «Internet» http://admin.my-evp.ru in the section Documents, subsection — Documents of the city administration in the public information and telecommunication network in the section: announcements, competitions.
The requirements for the selection participants are established in accordance with clause 2.3 of the procedure approved by the decree of the administration of the city of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea dated .11.2022G. No. 551-item
Conditions for submission and withdrawal of application documentation are defined in clauses 2.4. — 2.9. order.
The Department registers the application documentation on the day of its submission and within 10 working days from the date of the submission (reception) deadline application documentation examines and evaluates the application documentation.
If there are any comments, notifies the selection participant of the identified deficiencies within 5 working days from the date of the end of acceptance.
The selection participant has the right to eliminate the identified shortcomings of the application documentation, as well as submit the missing documents with a cover letter to the department with a list of attached documents within 5 working days from the date of notification of the identified shortcomings in the application documentation submitted by him.
In case of inconsistency of the application documentation after the elimination of deficiencies with the requirements established in the announcement, and the rejection of the application documentation by the department, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application documentation after the elimination of the deficiencies, sends the selection participant who submitted this application documentation a written notice of refusal to participate in the selection indicating the reasoned reason for refusal and rejection of the application documentation.
If the application documentation and the selection participant comply with the requirements established in the announcement and this procedure, the selection participant is allowed to participate in the selection.
Within a period of not more than 02 working days from the date of the deadline for admission, the list of selection participants admitted to participate in the selection, is placed by the department on the official website of the municipality of the urban district of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea in the information and telecommunications network «Internet» (4316http://my-evp.ru) indicating the date, time and place of consideration of the application documentation.
The subsidy commission determines the winner (winners) of the selection and prize-winners of the selection within 02 working days from the date of placement on the official website of the municipal formation of the urban district of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea of the list of participants in the selection.
The agreement on the provision of a subsidy is concluded after the decision of the Yevpatoriya City Council on the budget of the city district of Yevpatoriya for the next financial year.
The agreement is concluded no later than 3 working days from the date of adoption of the decision of the administration of the city of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea on the provision of subsidies and is valid until 02 December of the current year.
If the recipient of the subsidy fails to sign the agreement on the provision of the subsidy within the prescribed period, the winner (winners) of the selection and prize-winners of the selection are recognized as having evaded the conclusion of the agreement.
Information on the selection results is posted on the official website of the municipal formation of the urban district of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea in the information and telecommunication network «Internet» (4316http://my-evp.ru), no later than 02-th calendar day following the day of determining the winner (winners ) selection.
