CrimeaPRESS reports:

On one of the streets of Yevpatoria, traffic police inspectors stopped a car driven by a 23-year-old local resident. They stopped me for a reason: the driver violated traffic rules and did not give the right of way to a pedestrian crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. However, at the scene the driver showed signs of intoxication. At the request of the state traffic inspector, the young man refused to undergo a medical examination.

Administrative materials have been drawn up against the violator under Art. 12.18 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to provide priority in traffic to a pedestrian”, Part 2 of Art. 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure by the owner of a vehicle to fulfill the obligation established by federal law to insure his civil liability” and under Part 1 of Art. 12.26 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure of the driver of a vehicle to comply with the requirement to undergo a medical examination for intoxication”— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
