Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the city of Evpatoria identified a local resident born in 1983. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 3 of Art. 12.14 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the requirement of the Traffic Rules to give way to a vehicle enjoying the right of way). The sanction provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of 500 rubles— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
