In Evpatoria, the municipal control checks the fairs and the resort area
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Municipal control, in the presence of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, checked compliance with the requirements at the «Universal» and «Agricultural» fairs in the «Universam» area. This was announced by the head of the city administration Elena Demidova in the social network «Vkontakte». Thus, the presence of contracts was checked, the compliance of the placement and square of outlets with the approved scheme, the presence of badges on sellers, and conversations were held with those involved in spontaneous trade. According to the head of administration, 10% of the total number of places at the «Universal» fair are provided on preferential terms for residents who sell products of their own production, for this you need to contact the organizer of the fair, Sergei Lutsishin.
What could be better than vegetables and berries grown by my grandmother and bought from her. But! They need to be implemented in places equipped for this.— the press service of the administration of Evpatoria quotes Elena Demidova.
We discussed separately the situation with the dairy pavilion, where farm products are sold, but the conditions for trading activities are far from ideal.
The place where perishable products are sold should look different. Let’s raise this issue, notes Elena Demidova.
It was also noted that some sellers violate safety requirements and sell their goods on market aisles, which can serve as an obstacle to the passage of an ambulance or a fire truck.
Based on the results of the tour, an inspection report was drawn up with comments.
In addition, during the tour of the resort area, persons were identified who were engaged in weaving braids, without legal grounds. Protocols were drawn up, fines were issued and the material was confiscated.
It was also possible to stop the illegal business activities of a street photographer who offered vacationers to take pictures with pigeons painted in different colors. According to Elena Demidova, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs helped to identify him, and the birds were seized and transferred to the arboretum:
In general, it surprises me that now, in 2023, photographs with pigeons painted with incomprehensible paint remain in demand. It seemed to me that such photos remained somewhere in the 90s.
Such activity, by the way, falls under the article about cruelty to animals.
The head of administration also stressed that the work of municipal control is very important for the city.
Spontaneous trading in unintended places not only puts the health of customers at risk, but also gives the impression of disorder. Buying products on the side of the road or from a makeshift counter in an alley, the buyer does not even have anywhere to return with a claim for a low-quality product. Tomorrow you will not find the seller at the same place. In addition, these are taxes that the city budget loses.— said Elena Demidova.
