CrimeaPRESS reports:
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the city of Feodosia received an appeal from a concerned citizen who provided a video recording in which the driver of a regular bus of the KAVZ brand grossly violated traffic rules, namely, while driving a vehicle, he made a left turn at a red light, and also not from the extreme left position, thereby violating paragraphs 9.1 and 6.1 of the Traffic Rules of the Russian Federation.
The employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Feodosia established the identity of the offender. He was a 49-year-old resident of the Sovetsky District, against whom administrative materials were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 12.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «Driving through a red light» and under Part 1 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «Violation of the rules for the placement of vehicles on the roadway, oncoming traffic»— the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.
The sanctions of the articles on administrative offences provide for a fine of one thousand and one and a half thousand roubles.
